BREAKING THE GLOOM
The first sure sign of enemy presence is gloom. The gloom is generated from
thoughts of doom. The world is doomed and if you are identified with the world
in your lifestyle then it is easy for you to be overcome with gloom. The remedy
for overcoming gloom, first of all, is disconnect from your worldly lifestyle,
"I do not pray that My Father takes you out of the world, but that He keeps you
from the evil in the world. [16] You are not of the world, just as I am not of
the world. [17] He is setting you BREAKING THE GLOOM through His truth: His word
is truth" John 17:15-17
Secondly the gloom is chased by praise, praise lifts you out of the natural
world and "raises you up together, and makes you sit together in heavenly places
with Me: [7] That in the ages to come My Father might show the exceeding riches
of His grace in His kindness toward you through Me and the work I did for you on
the cross." Ephesians 2:6-7 Whenever you sense gloom attempting to envelop you
remember the remedy! Disconnect and praise! Gloom will not approach if you live
disconnected and praising lifestyle!
