BUILD A KINGDOM TEAM AND MAKE EVERY HOUR COUNT

BUILD A KINGDOM TEAM AND MAKE EVERY HOUR COUNT From the time you take your first breath, you have 876,000 hours to live, if you live to be 100 years old. At age fifty you have used up 438,000. At age 50 wisdom increases but zeal decreases. Zeal is an attribute of youth, it's a combination of energy, recklessness, physical strength, and enthusiasm and most of the time, with the absence of wisdom. It is My heavenly kingdom plan to combine wisdom and zeal, in order to build the kingdom on earth. To do this I must ... "send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord : [6] And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." Malachi 4:5-6 (KJV) This is why "I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:" Joel 2:28 (KJV) The combining of prophesy, dreams and visions establishes a kingdom unity of purpose that the enemy cannot break. ... "if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken." Ecclesiastes 4:12 (KJV) First I  combine a son and daughter's zeal, with a fathers wisdom, and then I bind them together with a threefold cord, the girl's prophecy, the boy's vision and the dad's dream, forming an elite invincible kingdom fighting force. Zeal alone will burn a young person out, "My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words." Psalm 119:139 (KJV) Therefore wisdom must be added "My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother: [9] For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck." Proverbs 1:8-9 (KJV) Dad, wisdom alone will not do it because "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, when you were young you girded yourself put on your own belt or girdle and you walked about wherever you pleased to go. But when you grow old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will put a girdle around you and carry you where you do not wish to go." John 21:18 (AMP) Every wise pastor and leader will build an unbeatable team by combining the wisdom of age with the zeal of youth. Not with arrogant, know it all, youth, but with respectful, eager to learn young people, or with grumpy old self-centered fogies, but older ones that are young at heart and love to teach. "Fathers, do not irritate and provoke your children to anger do not exasperate them to resentment, but rear them tenderly in the training and discipline and the counsel and admonition of the Lord." Ephesians 6:4 (AMP) Without these two ingredients, zeal and wisdom, you have no team at all. Youth with zeal only, move too fast. Age with wisdom only, moves too slow. Zeal and wisdom move ahead at just the right speed, enabling them to march all the way through enemy territory, conquering everything in their path. ... (I) said unto Moses, Take Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay your hand upon him; [19] And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him (authority) in their sight. [20] And put some of your honor upon him, so that all ... the children of Israel may ... (obey him)." Numbers 27:18-20  Joshua and Caleb conquered everything and made it to the promised land. It took the wisdom of Moses combined with the zeal of  Joshua to make it. Millions died in the wilderness but Joshua, took the promised land.  These teams are rare, in this case 1 in  three million. That's why I will pour out My Spirit on ALL flesh, so I can have thousands of Moses and Joshua teams tearing up the kingdom of darkness. If you are older make every hour count by duplicating yourself in young people, pour you wisdom into them. If you are young listen intently to the wisdom of the older and spend your zeal and hours wisely, marching all the way to the kingdom.
