YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND*** I JUST CAN'T HELP IT!

Yes, I do understand, the enemy has established a stronghold in your soul! You can call it a strangle hold that you can't break loose from. Everything else seems to be ok but, this one area is killing your joy, and confidence. "For though you walk (live) in the flesh, you are not carrying on your warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. [4] Because the weapons of your warfare are not physical weapons of flesh and blood, but they are mighty spiritual weapons before My Father for the overthrowing and destruction of strongholds," 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 AMP

The arsenal of kingdom weapons, is under the control of the third person of the Trinity, My Holy Spirit. His greatest weapon is truth, and without it you will never be free! So when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message on His own authority; but He will tell you whatever He hears from My Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him, and He will announce and declare everything to you, including the things that are to come that will happen in the future." John 16:13 AMP

The strangle hold is located in your head, and truth will break it's grip, but you must work with the truth and "Cast down all your fantasies and imaginations, and every high thing that goes against My word and the knowledge of My Father, and bring into captivity every thought making it align with My word; [6] And be ready to fight with a vengeance any thoughts that insists on disobeying, truth will eventually win and your obedience will be fulfilled with broken strongholds." 2 Corinthians 10:5-6 

Refuse to think about hurts, stop mulling over and over what someone did to you. Capture those thoughts with My words and destroy them with the weapon of forgiveness. Capture those sexual thoughts instantly before they arouse your fleshly passions. Use My weapon of truth by repeating what I said, directly to the thought, say to the thought, "everyone who so much as looks at the opposite sex with evil desire for her or his body has already committed adultery with them in their heart." Matthew 5:28 My Spirit has weapons to destroy, any and all the works of the devil. You just need to know how to obtain and use them. These weapons are gifts from Me. 

Take a look at some of the weapons Holy Spirits arsenal: But the weapons of the Spirit is given to every man to profit in every way. [8] For to one is given by My Spirit the word of WISDOM; to another the word of KNOWLEDGE by the same Spirit; [9] To another FAITH by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of HEALING by the same Spirit; [10] To another the working of MIRACLES; to another PROPHECY; to another DISCERNING OF SPIRITS; to another divers kinds of TONGUES; to another the INTERPRETATION of tongues: [11] But all these work by My Spirit, who divides to every man severally as He wants too." 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 KJV Look over the list and ask for the ones you need!
